ChurnZero Earns a 2021 Tech Cares Award From TrustRadius

ChurnZero is being recognized for giving back to their community with a 2021 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius.

TrustRadius has announced that they have recognized ChurnZero with a 2021 Tech Cares Award. This second annual award celebrates companies that have gone above and beyond to provide strong Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

“We may not be saving the world from COVID (the real heroes are in healthcare), but we do try to do our part where we can,” said You Mon Tsang, CEO and Founder of ChurnZero. “We believe that Customer Success teams are uniquely positioned to step up and provide business continuity to customers as well as tend to and protect their customer bases, so their organizations can survive, and we are proud to empower CS teams to do just that with our solutions and resources.”

“We are excited to announce our second annual Tech Cares Award Winners,” said TrustRadius CEO Vinay Bhagat. “The pandemic was a test of fortitude. We have been completely inspired by the way the B2B technology industry has moved forward with absolute grace. Not only do we feel that these companies are deserving of recognition—we also consider their example when deciding how we ourselves can find new ways to create a stronger culture.”

To be accepted for the Tech Cares Award, each nominated organization had to be a B2B technology company that demonstrated strong CSR in 2020 and 2021. Everyone was welcome to nominate an organization for this award, including those who work for or with the company. All nominations were thoroughly vetted by the TrustRadius research team.

At ChurnZero, we’re dedicated to providing our customers with the tools they need to retain their most precious assets – their customer base.
