Meet our 2021 XM Partner Award winners

Since its inception in March 2018, the Qualtrics Partner Network (QPN) has provided organizations with access to best-in-class experience management consulting, technology, and services. To recognize the shared client successes and innovation enabled through QPN, we’re celebrating our third annual Partner of the Year Awards.

These winners are recognized for their commitment to experience management (XM) and for helping organizations advance and scale their customer, employee, product, and brand experience programs, driving engagement, retention, loyalty, and brand relevance.

In addition to global awards, new categories this year include the Breakthrough Award, awarded to new partners that broaden the reach of XM to new markets, and the All-In Award, awarded to partners that exemplify our cultural values as voted on by our client-facing teams.

This year’s winners, announced at the 2021 Partner Summit, include:

  • Korn Ferry: Employee XM Partner of the Year - Asia Pacific & Japan and Europe, Middle East & Africa and Innovation Partner of the Year

  • IBM: Asia Pacific & Japan Breakthrough Partner of the Year

  • Ugam: All-In Partner of the Year - Asia Pacific & Japan

Their unique managed services offering combines a proprietary big data technology platform with deep domain knowledge and analytics expertise to empower clients to make decisions that improve their business.
