A career chief technology officer, Albert has led technology transformations for a number of private equity-owned organizations – always delivering tangible financial impact, including EBITDA increases of up to 25%.
He migrated his previous organization from a locally operated technology model spread across 25 countries and 18 business units to a centrally operated and governed IT organization resulting in significant operational savings and efficiencies. And in a prior role, he delivered a global strategy that introduced self-order, self-pay terminals in airport restaurants and hold rooms that increased table turns by 50%, revenue per business unit by 20%, and individual item sales by 30%.
Albert’s experience spans a broad set of industries and sectors, including publishing, new media, health insurance, hospitality, logistics, and supply chain. He holds a US patent for a system for operations management.
He joined West Monroe from Odyssey Logistics & Technology, where he was recruited to create and deliver the organization’s first global technology strategy. He was previously the chief technology officer for OTG EXP, a technology-driven hospitality organization that is redefining experiences for airport guests.

He is an avid photographer who enjoys sharing how he sees the world. His passion for photography has taken him to more than 20 countries and many obscure destinations – including three trips to Chernobyl. He is also eager to find top foodie destinations around the world and closer to home in New York City.
