The Challenge

For long-time Sago client Candela Insights, a fellow market research organization specializing in qualitative research, gathering data for a major financial service provider about an ad campaign on a tight timeline was no small feat. The primary objective was to gather valuable insights and feedback on a future ad campaign while also evaluating the sentiment and reactions surrounding the campaign. Candela needed to get opinions from individuals across the country to meet production deadlines. 

“The client had planned to conduct a large quantitative study for advertising purposes. However, they had a suspicion of a potential hot spot and anticipated the need for a contingency plan but lacked the luxury of time to conduct the quantitative study. So, the client decided to simultaneously conduct recruitment for qualitative study and requested immediate results to mitigate the risk,” said Candela Insights president, Kyle Hodgkins. 

Sago collaborated with Candela to collect data efficiently and effectively from participants around the U.S. It was crucial to meet the production deadlines while ensuring the feedback collected was insightful and reliable. 

The Solution
