Researching a company or assessing your own company and figuring out where its gaps and opportunities are can take a significant amount of time. The FLASH Enterprise Maturity Assessment is a free digital, self-serve tool from Global Value Advisory that helps you conduct broad, strategic, end-to-end company capability discovery and benchmarking faster. It aims to accelerate and influence customer engagements and understanding while generating valuable company insights and industry thought leadership. Currently, FLASH is available for the Retail, Consumer Products, Automotive, Utilities, and Industrial Manufacturing Industries, with Telco and Wholesale Distribution Industries coming in June 2024. 

In summary, FLASH will allow you to:

• Uncover a company's business opportunities

• Generate insights about where a company should prioritize its transformation areas 

• Deliver best practices with strategic recommendations to drive valuable business outcomes

FLASH is for SAP employees, Partners and Customers. It features an unprecedented model that automatically scores, calculates and measures companies against industry benchmarks. ​In less than 20 minutes, users can answer 15 questions across enterprise topics, including customer data, service, customer experience, marketing, sales, personalization, merchandising, supply chain, procurement, innovation, financial management, human resources, business strategy, and sustainability. To get started:

• Register or sign in here. Type in the name of the company you are assessing and choose your industry to start a FLASH assessment. 

• Take your assessment for a customer or for your company by answering the questions covering topics across the enterprise. You may want to ask a colleague to collaborate to help answer some of the questions; your progress will be saved automatically.

• Once all questions are answered, click Generate/Download Report to get a customized report showing company gaps and areas of opportunity.

• Click on the topic links in the score table page in the report to receive best practice content PDFs with recommendations.

• Customers can request a free report review meeting with an expert advisor or partner.

• Provide feedback on your experience via the survey.
