Cloud Readiness Check CQC Deployment Readiness
Objectives Verify the Customer's SAP Commerce Cloud solution meets the standards of performance, security and quality required to deploy a successful solution Guide customers to a smooth start-of-production by reviewing current configuration settings against SAP Best Practices.
When to use The check shall be planned in the first week of the user acceptance testing phase (UAT) in parallel to your first performance test run to get the most out of this service.

  • Use as an optional service should you require additional review prior to go-live

  • Before the go live of a new implementation

  • If additional functionality, users or roll outs planned


When to request 8 weeks prior your Go Live It is most applicable before a system Go Live, at least 4 weeks before the planned start-of-production date. The service booking should be made 3-5 weeks before the required delivery date
How to request Your CRC will be scheduled as per your engagement with your account team. For questions, please connect with your SAP representative

· Create an incident under component SV-BO-REQ (SAP Note 1296527)

·Contact the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory team via our Customer Interaction Center (CIC) .

Once per subscription

Available only to the customers with standard/professional/enterprise license

Delivered as a remote service. This service can be repeated per ongoing rollout of new users/functionality
