SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite can enable every organization to overcome these challenges and become an intelligent and sustainable enterprise by providing the solutions for successful and continuous enterprise transformation and process excellence. Further, SAP MaxAttention supports SAP customers and provides the framework to leverage the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite to strengthen the collaboration between business and IT, increase the return on investment of SAP solutions, reduce complexity, improve harmonization of business processes, and to continuously maximize business value during the Intelligent Enterprise journey.
With a key focus on accelerating the transformation for all our SAP ERP customers, Alexander Dietzsch, Senior Business Process Consultant from the SAP MaxAttention Center of Expertise Service Delivery EMEA, demonstrated and outlined how to use the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite to radically speed up transformation to SAP S/4HANA. The “plug and gain” approach by SAP Signavio leverages the power of SAP Signavio Process Insights combined with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and SAP Signavio Process Manager. SAP MaxAttention can support you to leverage the plug and gain” approach by SAP Signavio to prepare faster (by shortening the preparation for your SAP S/4HANA transformation), to deploy faster (by improving collaboration between business and IT and building one digital source of truth in the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite) and to realize continuous value.
The SAP MaxAttention Innovation workshop concluded with a customer spotlight from Danish Crown. Mads-Ole Bak, Domain Lead, Global IT, Global Supporting Functions, Danish Crown A/S, provided insight into Danish Crown’s journey on the adoption of SAP Signavio Process Insights. With a positive and honest mindset, Mads-Ole shared feedback and experiences from the project team and key users about the implementation of SAP Signavio Process Insights, the analysis discussions, and highlighted the importance of a bridging the alignment between Business and IT. Through SAP Signavio Process Insights, Danish Crown obtained transparency on their process performance and Global IT was able to verify concerns from functional teams through corresponding process data collected from their system. Danish Crown highlighted that they were able to provide product feedback, which has been implemented and released already as part of the product improvements. The session was co-hosted by Anja Gerber-Sharma, Senior Business Process Consultant from the SAP MaxAttention Center of Expertise Service Delivery EMEA who had been leading the customer engagement with Danish Crown and gave details on the support provided and services delivered through SAP MaxAttention.

On October 11th, 2023, SAP MaxAttention hosted an Innovation Workshop focusing on how customers can accelerate transformation and business process performance with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.
In today’s fast paced world with ever challenging business environments and increased technical disruptions, organizations need to have the ability to adapt their critical business processes to the continuously changing expectations of customers, employees, and suppliers to maintain competitive advantage.

Further, SAP MaxAttention supports SAP customers and provides the framework to leverage the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite to strengthen the collaboration between business and IT, increase the return on investment of SAP solutions, reduce complexity, improve harmonization of business processes, and to continuously maximize business value during the Intelligent Enterprise journey.
In this SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshop, experts from SAP MaxAttention Centre of Expertise walked us through the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite. Experts explained the different modules and how SAP Signavio can support organizations to transform and understand operations instantly and holistically, then react and improve immediately reducing the ‘Time to Insight’ and accelerating the ‘Time to Adapt’.
The event was kicked off by Manfred Neskudla, Vice President and Head of CoE EMEA, SAP and Reshat Furunzhiev, Senior Director and Chief Innovation Architect, Center of Expertise EMEA, SAP.
An introduction to SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, the individual suite components, and how SAP MaxAttention services provide implementation support, guidance and advise to SAP customers on the successful use of SAP Signavio to drive business transformations was provided by Helena Kavanagh, Director of the Business Process Intelligence Service Delivery Team.
In the following session, practical use cases on how to leverage SAP Signavio together with SAP MaxAttention were provided by Kareem Ibraheem and Ella Cruz, Senior Business Process Consultants from MaxAttention Center of Expertise Service Delivery. A live demo of SAP Signavio Process Insights illustrated how to rapidly discover areas for improvement and automation in your SAP business processes. The capabilities of SAP Signavio Process Intelligence for deep and more focused process mining were shown, followed by SAP Signavio Process Manager and Collaboration Hub. Customers in attendance were shown the ease and speed at which the as-is or to-be process could be designed, how to leverage SAP Best Practice content, and use the comparison and simulation capabilities to detect process deviations, patterns and improvements as well as model processes collaboratively across the entire organization.
The analysis and improvement capabilities in SAP Signavio Process Insights, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, and SAP Signavio Process Manager practical business use case clearly demonstrated how SAP MaxAttention can support you in leveraging the capabilities of these integrated tools of the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite to drive transformation and process excellence.
