As we come to the close of another year, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to our customers, partners, and employees. We’ve made some incredible achievements this year, and it would have not been possible without your support.
It has been a remarkable year for Interactions. We continued to deliver the best customer experiences in customer care while driving value to our clients.
Notable achievements include expanding our business with several major clients and growing our exceptional executive leadership team. We launched Trustera, a game-changing PCI compliance platform that is a must-have solution for every business with work-from-anywhere (WFA) environments. We announced a notable business collaboration with NVIDIA to help drive our business growth, initiated a partnership program, grew our Bangalore team and much more.
Most importantly, we delivered hundreds of millions of interactions to millions of people, as we helped them efficiently and smartly solve their customer issues at the world’s best brands.
Our efforts in 2022 did not go unnoticed! We received a number of prestigious awards, including recognition as industry leaders in conversational AI from Opus Research, Best in Biz, and the American Business Awards. Once again our culture and success moving to a fully remote workforce were celebrated by the media. We’re proud to have received our 113th patent, which demonstrates our commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation.

After 18 years in business, I can say with certainty that we are just getting started. And I can equally say that our commitment to weave together human and digital conversations for the best outcomes has never more been relevant or successful.
